Eating Disorders Victoria (EDV)
About this event
This special Q&A event will provide a space for EDV community members to seek support around difficulties faced during Easter and other festive occasions. Attendees will hear a lived experience recovery story from an EDV Ambassador followed by a Q&A session with a panel comprised of professional and personal lived experience.
This event is suitable for anyone experiencing challenges around festive gatherings, and we also acknowledge Passover and Ramadan taking place in April/May.
Themes include:
- Normalising festive foods
- Navigating difficult social and family events
- Coping with change of routine
- Debunking diet culture myths
When: 7pm - 8:30pm on Tuesday 12th April, 2022
Cost: This event is free and open to all
