Guiding Adults Receiving Care in Community: ‘A Stepped System of Care for Eating Disorder Treatment’

Treatment for an eating disorder can take place within a variety of settings dependent of the person’s needs.

This one-day workshop will enable attendees to identify at risk populations, understand the spectrum of eating disorders and associated medical comorbidities, as well as navigate the treatment options and members of the treating team. Clinicians will be supported to understand the minimum requirements for providing evidenced based care and how to coordinate care within the community setting.

Learn how to:
✓ Effectively work across the ‘Stepped System of Care’
✓ Identify appropriate treatment approaches
✓ Coordinate care to maximize treatment goals
✓ Coordinate non-negotiables such as medical monitoring
✓ Champion evidence informed care
