Eating Disorders Queensland

Eating Disorders Queensland (EDQ) is the largest community service in Queensland offering support and treatment for individuals living with and recovering from eating disorders, their carers and loved ones.

EDQ is a statewide not-for-profit organisation funded by Queensland Health. It provides a range of treatment and support services including:

  • Individual counselling
  • Peer mentor program
  • Family and support programs
  • Community table - meal support
  • Lived experience recovery program
  • Group therapy
  • NDIS provider
  • Support groups
  • Trauma-informed yoga practice
