In general, patients with an eating disorder ( including but not exclusively Anorexia Nervosa ) under 18 years should be referred to ELMHS at Monash Health 1300 369 012. NB for other mental health conditions ELMHS only accepts referrals up to the age of 16 years.
Due to the complexity of the mental and physical issues in Anorexia Nervosa (AN), AN specific pathways have been developed.
