This training provides a practice-based introduction to using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to treat Eating Disorders. This training provides relevant professional development in the area of eating disorders. This training can be completed at the trainee’s own pace. There are 3 modules, which will equip you with an understanding of the theory of CBT; the key cognitions and behaviours that CBT targets in eating disorders; the evidence for CBT in eating disorders and how to apply CBT in practice (addressing each of the core strategies used in CBT for eating disorders). Comprehensive understanding of eating disorders is assumed knowledge for this training.
