CCSW workshops cater to individuals supporting someone with an eating disorder. Supporting a person with an eating disorder can pose significant challenges for families and caregivers. It's vital that caregivers possess the necessary skills and knowledge to navigate this journey effectively.

Designed for parents, partners, siblings, or friends of individuals with eating disorders, CCSW workshops aim to enhance caregivers' well-being, equip them with coping strategies, and enhance problem-solving skills.

Based on research by Professor Janet Treasure, these workshops have been shown to alleviate caregiver burden and distress.
