Victoria event: Body Project Australia - Facilitator Training

Eating Disorders Victoria (EDV)

About this event

This workshop is for professionals based in Victoria, Australia only.

Body Project Australia is a group-based early intervention program that targets body image concerns in adolescents aged 14-18 years. This five week online workshop provides the knowledge and skills to deliver the four-week program in your community. The workshop is appropriate for teachers and school welfare staff, youth workers, community workers, health and fitness professionals and anyone else working with young people. The workshop adopts experiential learning as the main training tool. Workshop participants get the opportunity to participate as both program facilitators and participants as we work through each session of the four-week program.

The cost of the workshop includes the facilitator manual and resources.
