Eating Disorders Explained: a two-part workshop series

Build your knowledge about eating disorders across two engaging sessions.

Learn how you can play an active role in preventing eating disorders and linking people with the support they need.

Session 1: 25th August

  • Exploring myths & misconceptions​
  • Risk factors & warning signs
  • ​Types of eating disorders

Session 2: 1st September 1st

  • How to approach someone you are concerned about
  • Understanding the treatment system and support options
  • ​Eating disorder prevention

Time: 6pm - 6:45pm

Where: Both sessions will be held via Zoom

Cost: Free, but spots are limited

This workshop series is suitable for health professionals, fitness professionals, carers and the general community.
