Neurodivergent people are more likely than the general population to experience eating disorders. In recognition of this, NEDC commissioned EDNA, as the key voice for eating disorders and neurodivergence in Australia, to write a paper exploring the issues. The resulting document is, to our knowledge, a world-first in its synthesis of academic and grey literature on the interplay between eating disorders and neurodivergence, stepped out across the system of care from prevention to treatment and recovery.
