About this event
Presented by: Sinead Day and Mandy Goldstein Tuesday 29th April 2025 from 5.30pm to 6.30pm

Individuals with eating disorders commonly present with a history of exposure to traumatic events and continue to experience trauma-related symptoms. Understanding of trauma-related disorders has recently evolved with the introduction of complex post-traumatic stress disorder (CPTSD) as a new diagnosis in the ICD-11. This webinar will present the key differences between PTSD and CPTSD, recent findings about differences in their prevalence among individuals with eating disorders, and implications for clinical practice.
