We want to understand what people think matters most when it comes to measuring progress in eating disorder treatment, especially nutrition, based on their experiences.
Currently, there are no specific ways we measure nutrition progress during treatment. This can be confusing, devalue the role of nutritional recovery, and prevent us from understanding what support in treatment is most effective. These interviews form part of a bigger project by the researcher, looking at how we measure, discuss, and report nutrition changes in eating disorder treatment. Understanding experiences of this in treatment is a very important part of this.
