This project is about creating better support for children and families after hospital. Right now, many families feel worried and alone when leaving hospital following an admission for eating disorder management. We want to work together with carers and health professionals to design a service that makes this time easier, safer, and more supportive. We are inviting carers and health professionals to share their perspectives to help shape this model of care.
