People recovering from eating disorders often report that treatment doesn’t always feel personalised or aligned with what matters most to them. This study aims to explore whether incorporating activities that prompt patients to think about their personal goals and strengths could be a helpful addition to eating disorder care. It will also examine how clinicians currently explore patients’ strengths and goals in their practice, as well as their interest in using these activities in the future.
