About this event

This interactive workshop will equip participants with practical skills and insights to implement CBT-IE and integrate IPCP principles in their clinical practice.

The workshop will cover:

  • An introduction to CBT-IE, its principles, and application.

  • A detailed overview of the CBT-IE treatment model, including discussion of a real-world case study.

  • Current evidence for applying IPCP to outpatient eating disorder treatment.

  • Strategies for dietitians and psychologists to collaborate most effectively in delivering outpatient eating disorder care.

  • Interactive activities, including:

  • Role-playing two core elements of CBT-IE.

  • Small group brainstorming and problem-solving sessions on practical implementation challenges.

Learning outcomes:

  • Understand and Apply CBT-IE Principles

  • Enhance Interprofessional Collaboration in Eating Disorder Treatment

  • Develop Practical Skills for Implementing CBT-IE in an Interprofessional Context
