Pathway for Eating disorders and Autism developed from Clinical Experience

Visit website: peacepathway.org

The PEACE Pathway carers page provides information and practical resources for families, carers and supporters of people experiencing both eating disorders and autism. Developed by the South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust, the PEACE Pathway focuses on improving understanding of the overlap between eating disorders and autism and promoting more inclusive approaches to care. The page includes guidance to help carers better understand communication differences, sensory sensitivities and the challenges autistic individuals may experience in eating disorder treatment, as well as practical strategies to support wellbeing and recovery.
