The summer holidays can be a particularly difficult time for people in recovery. This webinar is designed to help you prepare you for challenges of the holiday season.

We will explore a variety of topics related to self-care including:

  • Tips for regular eating
  • Flexible eating during the holidays
  • Tending to body image
  • Self-care and self-soothing
  • Mindful communication and boundaries
  • Staying connected with supports


When: Thursday 9th December, 10am - 11:15am

Cost: Free or by donation

Who: this webinar is designed for people in recovery from an eating disorder. We also welcome carers and the general community.

This webinar will be part educational, part reflective and there will be various opportunities to share ideas via the Zoom chat. Please prepare a comfortable space at home to join the EDV community, and bring a journal and pen to write down useful reflections. We have set this session up as a webinar in Zoom, meaning your screen will not be visible.
