In this session open to non-members, EDFA welcome Danielle (Dannii) Hose, who will share her story of hope and recovery from 35 years of experiencing an eating disorder. 

Dannii is a mental health practitioner and founder of The Practical Practitioner, a mental health and wellbeing coaching private practice providing person-centered, solutions-focused, trauma informed mental health and wellbeing coaching and recovery support.

Dannii specialises in eating disorders recovery coaching, disordered eating and body image concerns with a non-diet, body neutral approach incorporating the expert knowledge of recovered lived experience. Additional areas of expertise include workplace wellbeing, resilience, mental fitness, growth mindset, holistic health and mind-body connection work.

The webinar will be followed by a Q&A session with Dannii and the audience.
