The RAVES™ Eating Model: An introduction for student dietitians

About this event

“How to get your foot in the door - my guide to effective networking and creating employment opportunities”

The RAVES™ Eating Model is a robust and evidence informed framework that challenges diet culture and supports improved health outcomes. With extensive application in chronic disease and the management of eating, weight and body image concerns, the model has been adopted by dietitians, psychologist and doctors across the country. Having been presented at national and international conferences, RAVES™ provides a no frills, step by step approach to challenging diet culture.

Due to repeated requests, this 2 day workshop has specifically designed with dietetic students in mind.

  • gain insight into the clinical application of the RAVES™ eating model

  • explore nutrition counselling skills and behaviour change strategies to optimise customer outcomes

  • be able to readily transfer your learnings into practice with real world application
