Supporting Trans and Gender Diverse Communities Experiencing Eating Disorders webinar with Twenty10

About this event

This is a webinar session for clinicians, health and mental health workers and social and community sector workers who are supporting trans and gender diverse people and people experiencing eating disorders.

The ED sector has undergone an intersectional transformation over the past few years, toward centering the experiences and support needs of people with eating disorders of many cultures, faiths and genders. This session will explore the co-occurrence of disordered eating and gender diversity. We will cover the basics of understanding the experience of an eating disorder for a trans or gender diverse person, as well as practical clinical tools to address their eating disorder while also supporting them in affirming their gender.

This content was developed by Twenty10 in collaboration with Kai Schweizer.
