ANZAED: Using clinical formulation to navigate complexity in eating disorder treatment

About this event

Join both the presenters with over 70 years of combined expertise for a practical and reflective workshop on navigating complexity in eating disorder treatment.

Through case vignettes and discussion, this session will explore how clinical formulation can guide clinicians in conceptualising and prioritising treatment when facing co-occurring difficulties, challenging family dynamics, or cultural and medical factors. Participants will consider multiple formulation approaches, exchange ideas, and develop creative, compassionate strategies for complex care.
