Join us for an hour of education in understanding what psychosocial support looks like for people with eating disorders, and how to support the ongoing recovery through psychoeducation and supportive activities.


In this session we will cover:

  • What is recovery?
  • Providing eating disorder psychoeducation.
  • What is peer support?
  • Recovery-oriented activities (e.g. meal planning, meal support, food challenges).
  • Holding space for food and body stories. 
  • Support for families/carers. 
  • Supporting engagement in life outside the eating disorder.
  • Motivation and harm reduction.
