Join us for 90-minutes of education in understanding how to identify and response to eating disorders in general practice, the role of the GP and local referral pathways.


This session will conclude with a Q&A featuring psychiatrist A/Prof Warren Ward.

  • Understanding the stepped system of care, and the role of the GP. 
  • Risk factors and warning signs.
  • Screening, assessment and diagnosis.
  • Physical risk assessment. 
  • GP management and support.
  • Referral pathways.
