Temperament-Based Therapy with Support (TBT-S) Training - Level 1 & 2

Temperament-Based Therapy with Support (TBT-S) Training - Level 1 & 2

TBT-S Australia & New Zealand (TBT-S ANZ)

About this event

TBT-S is a neurobiologically informed approach that tailors eating disorder treatment to an individual's unique temperament profile. Developed to go alongside existing evidence based treatment approaches, TBT-S helps practitioners move beyond one-size-fits-all methods, fostering client-centred outcomes by addressing temperament as a key driver of eating disorder persistence and recovery.

Join our Level 1 One-Day Online Training introduces key TBT-S principles, neurobiology, and temperament's role in eating disorders.

Our Level 2 Three-Day Face-to-Face Training builds on Level 1 through experiential learning, equipping participants with practical TBT-S skills and tools for integration into clinical practice and deeper neurobiological insights. This progression supports clinicians in delivering tailored, client-centred eating disorder treatment alongside other approaches.
