This workshop will support clinicians working with individuals living with ARFID and their carers. It is for clinicians with a basic understanding of ARFID working across the spectrum of care and age groups. Copeland will outline general and nutrition recommendations for ARFID care whilst considering commonly occurring co-diagnoses including disorders of the gut brain interaction and neurodevelopmental care. Drawing from research she has conducted and guidance from her clinical practice.

Copeland Winten APD, CEDC-D , AssocMAPS, is a dietitian and researcher. She is in the final stage of her PhD which reviewed ARFID treatment in the Australian healthcare system and trialed Dietetic-led CBT-AR. Copeland is a 2026 Fulbright Scholar and will further her research in ARFID at Harvard University and Massachusetts General Hospital. She works clinically at the Queensland Eating Disorders Service and has provided training and education internationally
