About this event

TBT-S is an innovative, neurobiologically informed treatment for eating disorders that helps individuals and their support people understand how unique temperament traits and brain function contribute to eating disorder symptoms. It is designed to complement other eating disorder therapies by sharing current research on the brain, temperament, and recovery.\r\n\r\nThis introductory training teaches practitioners the key aspects of the neurobiology of eating disorders, the role of temperament, and the five principles of TBT-S treatment. \r\n\r\nBy the end of the training, practitioners will be able to share neurobiological information with clients and their families, and understand how temperament can be used within the treatment process\r\n\r\n\r\nHeld online via Zoom. \r\n9.30am-4pm (Perth, WA time)
