The Li-Transformative Hub for Research into Eating Disorders (Li-THRED) at Monash University is conducting a randomised controlled trial to investigate the effects of 3 repurposed medications on anorexia nervosa.

These medications include brexpiprazole, memantine, and zinc. It is hypothesised that these treatments will improve eating disorder symptoms as compared to placebo.
