Emotions and eating behaviours appear to be linked (such as in binge-eating), and this is part of the growing research in this area. This study will be a longitudinal, fully remote, survey-based study.

Participants will complete a ~20 minute questionnaire at baseline and the same survey at 6-month follow up.

Questions will be exploring emotions, and attitudes towards food and eating behaviours. The analysis will involve looking at the interconnectedness of emotions and eating behaviours, to see if there is a link.

Exploring these connections could help refine treatments to better address emotional challenges and improve outcomes of treatments for EDs.
