You are invited to take part in a study that explores how engaging with online health- and clean-eating content on Instagram relates to restrictive approaches to healthy eating in young women and woman identified persons. There is some evidence to suggest that engaging with this content may be harmful, but there is other evidence that suggests that actively managing the online environment and feeling connected to the body can buffer consequences of engaging with this content.
