This research explores emerging peptide use in Australia, including how online marketing, appearance pressures, body image and eating-related concerns may influence use. It aims to identify opportunities to improve harm reduction, health literacy, early-warning systems and health workforce responses to unregulated peptide use.
Are you using medications such as Ozempic, Retatrutide, or Tirzepatide to manage your weight or body composition?
Researchers from the University of Queensland are conducting a national survey to better understand the use of peptides and image enhancing substances in Australia, and they want to hear from you.
If you're 16 or older and are currently using, have previously used, or are considering using peptides or weight management medications, including Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Retatrutide, or similar products, this survey is for you.
This research helps improve health information and harm reduction support for people across Australia.
