Nurturing your loved one with an eating disorder during the holiday season

Nurturing your loved one with an eating disorder during the holiday season

About this event

The holidays (meaning all celebrations toward a year's end) are full of meaning and symbolism for many people. In today's world, holidays are often stressful for many reasons. The stress can come from the encouragement to buy lots of things, to perform and carry on traditions, to the social gatherings and then, to the messaging around food.  The messaging around food can be terrifying to a person diagnosed with an  eating disorder.

In this webinar you will learn skills and strategies for working with holiday stress, look at that messaging, and discuss ways to reduce its harmful effects.

This US-based webinar will take place on 13 December, 1pm EST, which is 14 December, 5am in Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT)
