BodyMatters Australasia

About this event

This workshop covers key strategies for the initial phase of MANTRA and guides participants in developing a collaborative case conceptualisation. It explores how to involve close others in treatment and effectively address core maintaining factors such as emotional avoidance and cognitive inflexibility in anorexia nervosa.

The training also includes approaches for adapting work when progress is limited or cases are complex. Individual and small-group exercises run throughout the day, along with a focused session on relapse prevention and integrating MANTRA within teams.

This is an NEDC credentialed training.
