Enhanced Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT-E) 2-Day Workshop

Enhanced Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT-E) 2-Day Workshop

WAEDOCS

About this event

Join WAEDOCS for a transformative 2-Day Enhanced Cognitive Therapy (CBT-E) Workshop designed to equip clinicians with advanced skills in the gold standard treatment for eating disorders. The workshops endorsed by the National Eating Disorders Collaboration (NEDC) can be used towards your application to become a credentialled disorder clinician.

This interactive training offers a comprehensive introduction to CBT- E, a transdiagnostic manualised, and structured approach that can be tailored to treat a wide range of adult eating disorders. Participants will gain practical, hands-on experience applying the four stages of CBT- E, including techniques to engage clients effectively, facilitate early behaviour change and address obstacles to recovery. Led by a WAEDOCS experienced clinician, the workshop incorporates role plays, case discussion and evidence-based strategies to support clinical
implementation.

This presentation will be held as a live, hybrid event only.
