About this event
This training provides a practical guide to running DBT-informed skills groups for eating disorders, drawing on established and published group models. The focus is on group structure, content selection, adaptation for eating disorder populations, and implementation considerations across adult and adolescent contexts.
The training reviews evidence-based DBT group options commonly used within eating disorder treatment and supports clinicians to make informed decisions about model fit, scope, and service implementation (*note Radically Open DBT (RO-DBT) is discussed at high level only and is not taught as a skills-based intervention in this training.

Introductory training in eating disorder treatment for clinicians new to the eating disorder field.

Comprehensive DBT training or certification in DBT skills delivery.

RO-DBT skills training or advanced DBT consultation.
